Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple.  7617億競選支票 賴稱多已核定

中國時報【周毓翔╱台北報導】

行政院長賴清德昨到立院報告普悠瑪事件，國民黨團書記長曾銘宗質詢賴清德在選舉期間「重綠輕藍」，至各縣市大開選舉政策支票，經統計，總額高達7617.6億元；賴清德解釋，這些許多行政院都已經核定過，「我只是去宣布」，況且重綠輕藍也不是事實，他任內就核定近千億預算給新北市。

曾銘宗指出，賴清德今年大選前在全台大開支票，金額高達7617.6億元，而且多數都集中在民進黨執政地區，比如彰化就拿到超過千億元、台中超過240億元、高雄高達2064億元，而國民黨執政的縣市拿到的都很少。

賴清德解釋，他不是候選人，不可能開支票，而且各縣市都有本身的建設計畫，蔡英文總統上任兩年就已經做了各種審查，而有些已經通過的審查，他只是去「宣布」這些通過審查的案子。

他也強調，沒有偏袒綠營縣市，例如他任內就核定近千億給新北市，比如新北市捷運萬大樹林線已核定550億元、台北港110多億元等，很多建設都是長期的，地方要推動建設，中央要協助是藍綠皆然的。

曾銘宗質疑，苗栗縣只分到6000多萬元，明顯與高雄差距太大；賴清德反問，苗栗到底提了哪個計畫該給但是沒給的？苗栗也沒提輕軌，也沒提其他重大建設。

曾銘宗追問，賴開出的7617.6億元支票會不會兌現？賴清德強調，他宣布的都是已核定、部會已審查通過。但曾銘宗質疑，有些未經政院核定？賴清德回答，至少有給可行性規畫的經費；賴也強調，地方有沒有能力負擔建設，都是由地方政府評估後提出，不會是行政院主動給的。
