新型態「台灣特有蝙蝠麗沙病毒」確診 防人畜共通勿接觸蝙蝠病體

今年7月24日民眾於宜蘭縣大同鄉拾獲的東亞家蝠，經畜衛所檢驗診斷為「台灣特有蝙蝠麗沙病毒」。防檢局新聞稿表示，麗沙病毒有人畜共通之風險，雖未有人類感染案例，仍應加強防疫，請民眾不要接觸野生動物，避免感染機會。
農委會動植物防疫檢疫局已通報疾病管制署、林務局、蝙蝠保育團體及動物防疫機關共同宣導防範，並加強發現地點蝙蝠採樣及疫情調查。
在蝙蝠身上檢出麗莎病毒非首例。農委會家畜衛生試驗所自2016年於台南及2017年於雲林地區的東亞家蝠（Pipistrellus abramus），檢出台灣蝙蝠麗沙病毒。今年6月也於新北市拾獲的絨山蝠（Nyctalus plancyi velutinus）檢出新型麗沙病毒。此次宜蘭縣檢出蝙蝠麗沙病毒是第4例。
防檢局表示，麗沙病毒共有16種基因型，狂犬病病毒（Lyssavirus Rabies virus）是第1基因型麗沙病毒。
依據畜衛所檢驗報告顯示，這次檢出之麗沙病毒與之前在台南及雲林東亞家蝠檢體發現的蝙蝠麗沙病毒相似，與原來的16種都不同。防檢局副局長施華泰指出，經核蛋白基因序列及核蛋白胺基酸比對結果，即使最相近的基因型也只有81%的相似度，顯示三例病毒應屬「台灣特有蝙蝠麗沙病毒」。
施華泰表示，這三例病毒基因型已提交國際命名學會，申請為台灣特有種麗沙病毒。至於新北市從絨山蝠體內驗出的病毒則又是另一支新型病毒。
從表中可見，除了狂犬病毒對人類的傷害是確定的之外，其他15種麗沙病毒有6種可感染人，但屬於罕見，也不必然是因蝙蝠造成。防檢局表示，人類感染致死率、人類症狀以及動物症狀所描述的都是狂犬病毒以及6項可能感染人類的麗沙病毒。
防檢局解釋，蝙蝠可作為麗沙病毒的自然宿主，提醒大眾無論於何處見到衰弱或死亡蝙蝠，切勿自行接觸，並請通報當地動物防疫機關或蝙蝠保育團體協助安排救傷或採樣送檢。 防疫小叮嚀： 為家中寵物做好狂犬病預防不可怠惰，家中寵物施打狂犬病疫苗仍可以產生交叉保護效果。 民眾務必遵守「二不一要」原則： ──不要棄養寵物，不要接觸及捕捉野生動物 ──要每年帶家中犬貓及人工飼養陸生食肉目動物施打狂犬病疫苗 如遭蝙蝠抓咬傷時應立即就醫評估施打疫苗等必要處置，如發現有受傷或已死亡之蝙蝠，可通報地方動物防疫機關或蝙蝠保育團體，切勿自行處理。
